What is Family Constellation?
Family Constellations was founded by Bert Hellinger in the 1990’s and has its roots in psychotherapy and indigenous healing traditions.
We all have deep-rooted patterns we have inherited from our family of origin that inhibit us and can lead to stress, conflict and illness. In Family Constellations we work to uncover these hidden patterns and restore order to the system so we feel connected and love can flow.
When love can flow we have access to the strengths and resources available to us inherited from our parents and ancestors. Integrating these strengths can have a profound healing effect.
This work is intended for you to feel a greater sense of wellbeing and zest for life, for you to be able to make healthy choices and relate to yourself and your loved ones in a way that best supports who you are and how you want to live.
Individual sessions last for 90 minutes. In this time you discuss what you would like to work with and Sian helps you to focus on the issue or intention you bring. Once the focus is refined Sian will guide you through the constellations process which includes setting up and taking a look at your system and looking towards what needs to be acknowledged so that healing movement can take place.
Group sessions: In a group Family Constellations session you may choose to bring your own issue or symptom or come as a representative. Both have immense value.
Group sessions July – December 2019:
30 July & 29 October (6-9pm in Craighall Park)
